Both our cottage floor plans, the Bella Vista and Mar East, come with their own attached garage, as well as their own private patio space.

Both cottage floor plans include two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the Bella Vista has a one-stall attached garage, while the Mar East’s garage can hold two vehicles.
