Meet the Team

Tayler is our newest team member here at Larkspur Shadow Creek but she comes from an extensive background in Conventional Property Management starting in 2017 where she has developed a genuine passion for serving others. Tayler specializes in sales, customer service and all things resident retention. While looking to relocate closer to friends and family from The Woodlands, TX, Tayler was ultimately led to Larkspur at Shadow Creek and feels she has found her perfect place! Her favorite part of working in the community is all of the friendships and connections she's made with each and every one of our residents. While not in the office, Tayler enjoys watching Astros games, fishing out in Clear Creek and preparing to be a new mother in 2023!

Jacqueline began thriving in her sales position here at Larkspur Shadow Creek in April of 2022, coming from a background as a Personal Banker and Licensed Cosmetologist. Her interest in a sales related position is what prompted her to search for a new role and feels she has found her most fulfilling one yet here at our community! Jacqueline specializes in both sales and Customer Service! The most gratifying part of the job for Jacqueline is knowing she assisted in finding so many people a place to call home that they truly love and feel comfortable in. Outside of the office, Jacqueline is a Wife, a Mother of 2 sons and a Grandmother of one Granddaughter. In addition to her love for shopping, Jacqueline enjoys a multitude of hobbies like baking and designing custom clothing, she also enjoys serving her community as a licensed minister and substance abuse counselor!

Yessica started her career in Property Management in early May of 2011 and has served many communities with an extensive background in conventional properties specializing in new acquisitions, new construction lease ups and training efforts. Yessica began her career in Active Adult Living here at Larkspur at Shadow Creek in January 2022 as our Assistant Manager and has felt truly fulfilled in her role ever since. She enjoys many different aspects of her time here in the community, her favorite being all of the wisdom and knowledge she has acquired from our beloved residents that she's had the pleasure of interacting with and learning from. Aside from the office, Yessica is also passionate about her role as a wife and mother of two boys at home. Yessica's favorite things consist of family vacations, cheering from the stands at her sons football games and snuggling up at home with a good book!

Marta's journey to Larkspur began with her original role as Assistant of Resident Programming in 2016 at an assisted living facility nearby. Marta developed a passion for both organizing and hosting resident events as well as creating comfortable social environments for her residents to thrive within at the communities she served. Marta began her career at Larkspur Shadow Creek in July of 2021 and has never looked back, her passion and drive stems from knowing our residents are truly happy and having a great time here in our community while doing what she truly loves. Marta is a loving wife and mother who enjoys a variety of outdoor activities like camping, hiking and trips to the beach!

Kat began her career with Greystar in June of 2012 as a part time Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX and quickly decided that property management was the path for her. Kat has filled a variety of positions within Greystar including Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Lifestyle Coordinator and Community Manager. Kat's role has given her the opportunity to play a part in the next chapter for so many different people, whether they are selling their homes or just looking to transition to Active Adult Living. She takes pride in her ability to create and maintain the best community for our residents to thrive and dwell in! Outside of the office, Kat is a loving wife and mother to her daughter Olivia, stepson Robby and her two fur babies Bear & Lucy. She enjoys hobbies like custom crafting for her friends and family singing and traveling!

Brad began his career with Greystar as a Service Supervisor in 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Brad and his wife relocated to Texas to be closer to family when they found out the great news that they were expecting a baby boy! After supervising two properties in the Houston Heights area for Greystar, Brad was offered the position here at Larkspur Shadow Creek which is closer to home and just overall the place he was meant to be! Brad has thoroughly enjoyed his transition to Active Adult Living, he feels genuinely lucky to serve his community any way he can. While not on maintenance duty, Brad enjoys all things fitness and health related as well as being a devoted husband and father.
